New Industrial Fellowships awarded for projects that address a range of societal challenges

News on the 2022 partners and projects working on human-robot cooperation, better batteries and bigger wind turbines targeted in research awards.

Awardees 2022-2023

Three out of the 16 projects supported by the fellowships are aimed at improving the safety and performance of lithium-ion, sodium-ion, and solid-state batteries. Other projects will address how to prevent overheating of next generation satellite communications systems, and the development of 3D-printed ceramic monolithic adsorption technology for life-threatening inflammatory conditions.
