Professor Jean Ngoie is a Chartered Engineer, clinical engineering leader, academic, and biomedical innovator with over 20 years’ international experience in medical technology management, patient monitoring, healthcare technology governance, and global clinical engineering capacity-building. He holds academic appointments in Canada and the UK and is a Fellow of the Canadian Medical and Biological Engineering Society (CMBES) and the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM).
