Application preparation
Before applying, please read the Essential Application Guidance Document or visit our eligibility page to determine if you are eligible. The guidance document also contains important information to support applicants along with key dates. These notes provide a comprehensive set of information and instructions to help you complete your application. Please also refer to the FAQ page should the guidance document not answer all of your questions.
All applications must be submitted through the Academy’s online Grant Management System. Only representatives of UK HEIs can submit a grant application. If the application is being submitted as part of a consortium, only the lead HEI representative should complete and submit to application form on behalf of the whole consortium.
