We are offering you the opportunity to commission engineering experts to investigate your complex challenge through a systems lens.

Systems Teach-in session 

For a condensed version of our systems workshops, we provide a one-hour systems teach-in session to give you an overview of the key concepts and tools of systems approaches. You will learn about how systems approaches have helped policymakers to understand the complexity of policymaking better. You will then practice applying some systems tools to a live policy challenge.  

Recently, we have partnered with the Policy Profession Unit to deliver the systems teach-in sessions to Civil Service Fast Streamers as part of their Policy Basecamp. We welcome policy professionals and public servants from any Government department to attend the Systems teach-in session.  

Systems coaching

We can also provide 1-to-1 or group coaching sessions on systems approaches. Sessions are designed for individuals or small teams who are looking to better grasp systems concepts, address complex problems using systems tools, or, develop their systems and critical thinking skills for better decision making. Coaching sessions are run by one or more of our Academy Fellows with expertise and experience in applying systems approaches in engineering and public sector settings.
