The People and Culture Committee supports the positive, inclusive, and high‑performing communities across Fellows, the Awardee Excellence Community and staff. The Committee provides oversight and guidance on culture, values, and people‑related development and wellbeing to the Board.
The Committee helps ensure strong and representative leadership across the Academy by encouraging a diverse range of Fellows to stand for Trustee and governance roles, and by advising the Board on recommended candidates for key appointments such as Vice Presidents and Committee Chairs, as well as Honorary Fellowship candidates.
