The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Steering Group brings together EDI Leads from each of the four Operating Committees to identify opportunities, address challenges, standardise best practice, and ensure the Academy is progressing effectively as a leader in EDI both within the Academy and in its contribution to advancing EDI across the wider engineering profession. Led by the EDI Trustee, the Group provides insight, data and recommendations to the Trustee Board to inform and steer EDI-related strategy.
