We are collaborating with the Mike Hudson Foundation to provide a question and answer chatbot service for our website users. The AI chatbot, Knowbot, is a smart AI tool for non-profits. It reads our website pages and answers questions inputted by website visitors.
Knowbot provides answers based on the content it reads on the Academy website. This means it can give detailed, focused, and accurate answers based on Academy content. We are using it on a select number of pages within our Programmes section. We often receive routine email queries about programmes which can be answered by content already on the site, so we believe offering the Knowbot service could help some users get quicker answers to their questions.
Our programme teams are still available for queries, and Knowbot is designed as a complementary service to our existing support.
