Autonomous development of multi-stage chemical processes
Pharmaceutical manufacturing typically uses batch processing at multiple locations, resulting in a large carbon footprint. Dr Clayton's research aims to develop machine learning-directed approaches to accelerate the development of multi-stage continuous flow processes, with particular interest in telescoped catalytic reactions. This technology will improve sustainable process development.
