Working together to support engineering talent
GEEP is a collaboration across industry and every year the programme is supported by a cohort of company partners. Through their participation in mentoring, industry insights at online and in-person events, and possibly work-exposure opportunities, volunteers from all the companies contribute to offering real-world experiences of what being an engineer may entail, along with providing a comprehensive representation of what the engineering profession currently looks like, which aligns with the programme's objectives. The role of each volunteer is being a supportive professionals dedicated to fostering the professional growth and development of the next, diversified generation of engineers.
