This one-hour interactive session has been created by our engineering partners and diversity and inclusion specialists to explore the spectrum of different ways of working and how to draw these out to positively develop both a team and its output. It covers:
- What we mean by different ways of working and how these can be a valuable asset
- Understanding the four working style preferences scales and identifying how different preferences can affect team meetings and communication
- How to acknowledge and maximise the value of different ways of working in day-to-day work

The workshop combines guided discussion with practical exercises based on real-life engineering scenarios. The workshop is designed to be led by any member of an engineering team. You do not need to be a diversity and inclusion specialist.
