PUBLIC EVENT
The report on UK engineering ethical practice is commissioned by the Royal Academy of Engineering, and delivered by GoodCorporation, who surveyed engineers and technicians, companies, and professional bodies to find out where the strengths and weaknesses are, and where engineering professional bodies might support ethical practice. At the same time as the report, we will also publish the profession’s response to its findings and recommendations. A panel of representatives from the profession will be taking questions from the audience. This webinar will be hosted by Dr Rhys Morgan, Director of Engineering and Education, Royal Academy of Engineering.
This report is one of the actions from the original engineering ethics report published last year, Engineering Ethics: Maintaining society’s trust in the engineering profession. The previous report and other work on ethics undertaken by the Academy can be seen on our dedicated ethics webpage: https://raeng.org.uk/ethics
