How is engineering addressing SDG 16?
Wahidullah Azizi is a Programme Manager at the Royal Academy of Engineering, working on the Engineering Skills Where They Are Most Needed programme, which is part of the Engineering X collaboration with Lloyd's Register Foundation. He has previously served as an advisor managing humanitarian, rehabilitation, and development programmes and projects in Asia in both Afghanistan and Pakistan.

What is SDG 16?
Conflict, insecurity, weak institutions, and limited access to justice remain a great threat to sustainable development.
The aim of this goal is to significantly reduce all forms of violence, and work with governments and communities to end conflict and insecurity.
