ALIS Container System's are an advanced biotechnology using microalgae to solve environmental challenges related to water management and carbon capture. The system consists of modular containers with bioreactors, where microalgae can thrive in nutrient-rich industrial wastewater. These scalable containers facilitate seamless integration into industrial operations, regardless of size.
The system's microalgae naturally absorb harmful pollutants such as nitrates and phosphates from wastewater, effectively cleaning the water for reuse while simultaneously capturing CO2 from the air. This process prevents pollutants from damaging aquatic ecosystems, and reduces industrial carbon emissions, addressing critical environmental concerns.
During the process, microalgae produce valuable byproducts such as proteins, lipids, and antioxidants. These molecules have significant applications in the food and cosmetics industries, offering sustainable, high-value ingredients that reduce reliance on traditional resource-intensive agricultural practices.
