AB Dynamics is a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing and development solutions to the global automotive industry. Their customers are vehicle manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers as well as Euro NCAP laboratories, vehicle proving grounds and autonomous vehicle developers.
ILP graduates from AB Dynamics created a new employee staff network, in the format of a monthly one-hour session, and conducted a diversity and inclusion audit to ensure a welcoming and inclusive experience for new employees.
