Leverage skills and connections. Embrace leadership opportunities
Since 2015, the Graduate Engineering Engagement Programme (GEEP) has become a flagship initiative for connecting talented engineering students with leading employers.
Over the years, GEEP has helped participants gain confidence, develop professional skills and secure roles that match their potential. Partner companies benefit too - meeting highly motivated students, widening their talent pipelines and making a tangible contribution to diversity in the engineering sector.
The programme is widely recognised as a powerful way to bridge the gap between education and industry, delivering lasting impact for both graduates and employers.
