Pupils designed and built a physical device to collect data on ocean health from coastal waters with the help of engineers from The University of Central Lancashire. In a series of 12 interactive after-school sessions, the pupils engaged with guest engineers and were invited to the University to explore a cross-section of engineering, including mathematics, materials, coding, robotics, and motor engineering.
