Yolla Miranda (Indonesia)- MASKIT
Utilization of agricultural waste for activated carbon & nano silver applicated in medical face mask, health & sustainable consumer goods. Our finished goods products that sell to customers are friendly environment disposable - medical face masks, air filters, laundry detergent, body wash, dish soap, and home cleaners. We control the raw material sourcing directly until the waste treatment from customers. The process is as follows:
- We collaborate with other industries that focus on converting the silver by-products into silver liquid and coconut shell waste to activated carbon. The nano silver is a byproduct of silver mining. They will fulfill our specs and we have dedicated workers who only serve us. The workers are local with low economic class backgrounds and at least have 3 family members.
- We process the raw silver liquid into the nanoparticle and convert activated carbon chunks to fiber and powder. The fiber is used for medical face masks and the powder for home / personal care products.
- The nano silver liquid will be sprayed on the cotton and combined with activated carbon fiber to make filtered fabric for face masks or any air filter.
- The nano silver liquid combined with activated carbon powder to make anti-bacterial and anti-pollution agent for our hygienic home / personal care products.
- We sell all the finished products directly to consumers. We have a post-consumer program. We handle the waste chain, by collecting the used-face mask and bottles from customers. We collaborate with other industries to convert the waste into plant pottery, chairs, or souvenirs and sell it again to market.
