Director of Enterprise

Ana leads the Academy’s UK and International entrepreneurship programmes supporting talented entrepreneurs and decision-makers to transform their breakthrough engineering and technology innovations into disruptive startups, spinouts and scale ups that solve the world's most complex environmental, economic and social challenges. Ana started her career in a telecommunications start-up with a role focusing on technology scouting, finding and implementing novel technologies. Ana has extensive experience in innovation management across public and private sectors in the UK and internationally. Prior to joining the Academy, Ana worked at PA Consulting Group, a technology and innovation consultancy firm, leading on high profile projects including the setup of the UK Lebanon Tech Hub in Lebanon, Beirut.

Programme Manager - Entrepreneurship for Development, LIF Global

Gaelle is an international development professional with a background in sustainable impact innovation and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. Before coordinating commercialisation training and mentoring for impact, Gaelle managed capacity-building grants for universities in sub-Saharan Africa to improve the employability of their engineering students, and facilitate the breakthrough of sustainable technologies improving livelihoods. She also managed grants for African Professional Engineering institutions to raise their profile and influence at national level. Gaelle is passionate about equality of opportunity across socio-economic backgrounds and ethnicities.

Programme Manager - Alumni Entrepreneurship Programmes, Advance

Esteban has a broad experience in education, positive leadership, and Circular Economy focused on food. Before the Academy, he worked on social organisations and incubators in Latin-American supporting young entrepreneurs to turn their ventures into social businesses by giving something back to the community and create a positive impact. Furthermore, he had a fresh pasta factory that addressed food waste by boosting Circular Economy strategies to create awareness, food harnessing, and reduce the amount of waste.

In the UK, he completed the master's programme on Prosperity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at University College London (UCL) and have worked on charities supporting the growth of youngster and global entrepreneurs.

Programme Manager - Entrepreneurship Community, LIF Community

Kofo is an award-winning Social Entrepreneur with a broad experience in designing and managing entrepreneurial programmes cutting across the creative industry, tech, non-profit, sustainability and media sectors.

Before joining the Academy, she worked with a number of business incubators and accelerators in Africa, Europe and North America in creating impactful programmes for entrepreneurs at different stages, with the goal of empowering them to build sustainable businesses.

Programme Manager - International Entrepreneurship

Passionate about entrepreneurship and community development. Clementine helps teams deliver projects through impactful communication, strong partnerships, and good management.

She has worked with communities, partners, senior management, and funders, in Peru, Togo, England, and France; and believes in learning and sharing best practices to improve and innovate.

Before joining the academy, she managed an enterprise programme for those further away from the job market.

Programme Communications Officer - International Entrepreneurship

Delivering a wealth of media-based experience, alongside an ‘International Media and Communications Studies’ degree from the University of Nottingham, Niccolo leverages strict academic knowledge alongside prior practical experience to deliver the best communicative practices possible for both the Academy, and its international partners. His background includes extensive volunteering work, including as the vice president of a student-led society raising money for disadvantaged children living in extreme poverty.

Programme Officer - International Entrepreneurship

Danyun is a passionate international development practitioner with extensive experience in education, international development, and humanitarian response. Prior to joining the Academy, she supported humanitarian initiatives, including earthquake relief and responses to the Syrian refugees in Turkiye. Additionally, she has designed and implemented programmes that foster entrepreneurship and climate innovation across Southeast Asia.

She is also the co-founder of an education consultancy dedicated to empowering Chinese students in successfully pursuing international studies; and has received training in entrepreneurship through a residential programme in Silicon Valley.

Programme Officer - Entrepreneurship Community

With a Master's degree in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics, Ruby combines her rich understanding of economic growth with hands-on experience in policy development and community engagement.

Ruby’s journey includes supporting social enterprises, where she explored markets for handmade spices from marginalised communities during her time at the University of Delhi. Her work in affordable housing and economic development projects in the UK reflects her commitment to making a real difference. Ruby thrives on connecting with others who share her enthusiasm for positive change and is always excited to explore new opportunities for meaningful contribution.
