An evening reception hosted by the President of the Royal Academy of Engineering, and the CEO, for all the Presidents and CEOs of the licensed Professional Engineering Institutions, Engineering Council, and EngineeringUK, joined by the members of ECE PEC, the early career engineers.
The Academy is pleased to provide this opportunity for the leaders and future leaders of our profession to meet and enjoy an evening of networking and information-sharing. Professor Sir Jim McDonald FREng FRSE and Professor Dame Angela McLean DBE HonFREng FRS will share their thoughts on the UK engineering profession, and its role in creating the fair economy and prosperous society we want to see. It will provide a great chance for leaders across all the engineering disciplines to discuss the commonalities as well as differences between their experience in supporting engineers, technicians, and other members.
Early career engineers will be able to meet their contemporaries in person, as well as the chief executives and Presidents of other professional bodies.
