Major General Anna-Lee Reilly CB FREng

Major General Anna-Lee Reilly was promoted in 2022 to become the most senior woman in the 80-year history of the 8,000-strong British Army Corps of Royal Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. She is a management and engineering fellow and is currently in her final year of a PhD studying the integration of women in the British Army. She has led the maintenance of the Army's fleet of 37,000 vehicles, procurement of munitions and is currently leading the UK's materiel support to Ukraine’s armed forces. She is a role model across the defence sector and internationally recognised across NATO.
