Graham Henley is Senior Vice President Engineering & Projects Capability at Shell. He leads the company's global engineering expertise, supporting oil, gas, chemicals and refining operations worldwide and the delivery of new hydrocarbon and renewables projects. From 2013-18 he was Shell's Vice President of Conventional Oil & Gas Projects, leading some 1500 engineers delivering a portfolio of up to $35 billion projects in execution, during which he was successful in transforming both the predictability and competitiveness of project outcomes. As Chair of the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers Engineering Leadership Council, Graham also drives industry pre-competitive collaboration initiatives aimed at improving capital efficiency, quality and safety.
