Dr Sarah Williamson develops and delivers engineering strategy in a wide range of situations. She enjoys combining technical ability, business acumen and leadership skills to drive and deliver positive change and innovation.

Dr Williamson has had a varied career with experience in academia, consulting and construction. In her current role leading the construction engineering for the main civil works at the Hinkley Point C nuclear power station in Somerset, her focus is on the development and implementation of technology to deliver efficient design and construction safety, quality and productivity.

In whatever field she is working in or project she is delivering, building high-performing and motivated teams is at the core of everything she does.
