Rachael Andrews

Rachael is a member of cohort 27 of the Engineering Leaders Scholarship. She is studying an MEng in mechanical engineering with German at the University of Sheffield and is currently on a year abroad in Germany.

She has a keen interest in STEM outreach initiatives and promoting the benefits of neurodiversity within the engineering sector. She hopes that the Awardee Excellence Community will encourage recipients from the full range of the Academy’s awards to interact, facilitating the sharing of expertise and promoting collaboration.
