Visiting Professor
Greg Murray is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers and has over 15 years experience in maritime engineering both in the UK and overseas. Greg’s background in consulting, committee work for national design standards and industry guidance, plus experiences on secondment into a UK port, bring a wide range of experience in his field. The grant will help achieve his professional goals to increase interactions with institutions and contribute to their development of new programmes and teaching materials, including courses associated with socially responsible engineering. He looks forward to helping deliver the Design IV maritime engineering project and participating in the industry panel used in the assessment of reports and presentations produced by the students.
