Prof Bola Grace

Professor Bola Grace has extensive senior leadership experience in healthtech, providing strategic and technical direction to highly skilled cross-functional teams on complex programmes; pioneering new systems and processes to bring greater value; delivering numerous innovative award-winning medical devices and digital health products. Currently operating at board level, she has always succeeded in balancing her corporate and academic careers. Within academia, she lectures, supervises research projects, presents at conferences, and publishes peer-reviewed articles. She enjoys mentoring, is passionate about EDI, and helping underrepresented groups in STEM. Professor Grace has a PhD from University College London an Executive MBA from The University of Cambridge Judge Business School. She is a Senior Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health, Member of the Institute of Directors, and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. As Visiting Professor, she co-designs curricula; delivers lectures and interactive workshops on inclusive innovation and leadership; provides mentoring, equipping students with skills for industries of the future, and help boost employability.
