Visiting Professor
Professor Eke is an Energy and Environmental Chartered Engineer and a Professor of Digital Twin Technology and Systems Engineering with over 25 years of experience in the academia and engineering sectors. He is an Executive Director of Peprime Limited, a diverse company engaging in Energy, Environment and Engineering services. He provides technical and commercial leadership; led, trains, supervises and mentors teams of engineers, consultants, managers and researchers to perform projects globally. He works exclusively with professionals, partners, academia, governments and other companies. As a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor, he supports and contributes directly to teaching and learning on the university’s engineering programmes by integrating the ‘digital twin’ concept within existing traditional modules; and delivering these in an industrial context to maximise impact on students learning. He introduces specialist module (Digital Twin Technology, Systems Engineering, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence applications) and use his industry knowledge and skills to enhance engineering students’ employability. Prof Eke contributes and adds value to the student experience through course development, teaching, mentoring, guidance, supervising individual and group work.
