This online session will summarise the key recommendations following the recent Governance Review, as we work to strengthen accountability, efficiency and engagement across the Academy. Please join us to learn more and ask quesitons.
The review aims to ensure our governance supports the Academy’s charitable objectives and the implementation of Strategy 2030, and this session will elaborate on proposed changes to committee structures, Board composition, stakeholder engagement and the Academy’s governing documents.
The session will be led by Academy President Sir John Lazar CBE FREng with Academy CEO Dame Tamara Finkelstein DCB, Professor Nick Jennings CB FREng FRS, Vice President for Fellowship Engagement, and Professor Nilay Shah OBE FREng, Chair of the Governance Review Group in attendance.
