The aim of our resources is to inspire the next generation of engineers by showcasing how STEM skills can positively impact society.
Mission to Mars covers three key stages of a Martian mission:
- Launch.
- Landing.
- Life on Mars.
Students will learn about designing an aerodynamic nose cone for launch, how to create heat shields to protect spacecraft on re-entry and how to grow food in Martian soil.
Through engaging interactive activities and problem-solving exercises, students will develop critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity while gaining a deeper understanding of the engineering principles that drive space exploration.
This resource includes a teacher guide and a student booklet.
