VAT – is the £150,000 budget inclusive or exclusive of VAT?  

Exclusive of VAT. Our activities are VAT exempt though it is your responsibility to do any relevant paperwork. 

On page 21 an operational plan running 15 individual programme tracks is requested.  However in the section on cost on the same page it is stated that the number of participants may vary slightly but not exceed 12.  Should the operational plan therefore cover 12 individual programme tracks not 15?

How much time are participants expected to allocate to the onboarding and introduction phase of the programme? 

Programme design is part of the ITT but a rough guide would be up to 15 hours.

Please can you provide an indication of the number of hours mentoring that is expected to be provided to each participant over the course of the programme? 

Depends on group or individual mentoring but up to 40 hours of all types of mentoring.

Is there a defined number of workshops and / or masterclasses that is expected to be provided?  

No, enough to satisfy the impact requirement of the programme. 

Is the week long UK residential a period of 7 days excluding travel to and from the UK? 

Yes

Do you require suppliers to provide proposals for the alternative six core session remote programme as well as the UK residential week long programme? 

Yes in rough draft

Is it is expected that the UK residential will be based in London primarily? 

No, ideally they would visit at least one other relevant location and 2 if possible.

The criteria for Track Record includes ‘experience and availability of facilitators and coaches’ and asks for short bios of facilitators and coaches – elsewhere mentors are referred to.  Please can you clarify if the programme requires business mentoring or coaching provision? 

Every participant requires a business mentor.  Suppliers may want to include coaching into other elements of the proposal if they see fit.  Facilitators are the experts that run the training sessions.

Please can you clarify what the acronym ‘ODA’ stands for used in the Cost Criteria section – ‘ODA Appropriateness of the Budget’
