Susan Partridge is an internationally recognised engineering leader in the aerospace business. Sue is Country Manager of Airbus Commercial in the UK and based in Filton, home of all Airbus wing, landing-gear and fuel systems engineering. She established the Wing of Tomorrow programme, engaging many partners and thousands of engineers to demonstrate future wing technologies at fullscale.

She was the Technical Authority for the wing-box design on the Airbus A380 aircraft and led wing development for the eco-efficient A320neo and A330neo. Sue is a passionate advocate for apprenticeships and diversity in engineering. She works with national bodies to attract young people to an engineering career.
