Roni Savage is an accredited Specialist in Land Condition practitioner; Chartered Geologist; Chartered Engineer;, Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers;, Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects; and Chartered member of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management. Roni provides her engineering experience on construction schemes enabling the remediation of brownfield sites, including the widening of the M25. She set up her successful business, Jomas, in 2009, offering holistic, innovative, and sustainable development solutions. She  is Construction Policy Chair for the Federation of Small Businesses and was named one of the most influential woman in construction by the National Federation of Builders in 2022 and the Construction Industry Training Board in 2024. Roni received an honorary doctorate from the University of Portsmouth for exceptional contribution to engineering.
