Adrian Baguley has been a career civil servant, having started as a graduate apprentice in the 1980s right through to his position as a 3* Director General today.  An engineer and programme manager, Adrian has managed some of the most complex programmes in the defence portfolio.  As the Deputy Chief Executive of Defence Equipment and Support, he is the most senior civilian engineer in the Ministry of Defence and is widely recognised and respected across the UK defence industry and internationally.
