Roger Wells is an expert on Industrial Gas Turbines. He was instrumental in improving the design, development and manufacture of axial compressor designs for industrial gas turbines, namely the improvement of the aerodynamic and mechanical design of compressors that span the power bracket between 5MW and 15MW and that are used in IPG and the oil and Gas markets worldwide.

Roger has also made important contributions to the developed of Siemen’s University Network that has become a key contributor to the Siemens Group. In addition, Roger is influential in determining Siemens Global Power Generation strategy.
