Paul Clarke is CTO of Ocado, one of the UK’s most exciting tech companies. For many Ocado is a grocery business, but Ocado is better described as a new generation of robotics company that has developed and exported automation technology that radically changes that way in which we buy and receive our groceries. Paul grew and led the team of 1300+ software and other IT specialists that developed all the software and IT infrastructure that powers Ocado’s retail business.

More recently, Paul has established a new division, the Office of the CTO, whose responsibilities include the long-term technical vision for Ocado including its ‘self-disruption’ agenda and future-proofing.
