Professor Bashar Nuseibeh is internationally renowned in software engineering. He has led fundamental research and development of many award-winning and high-impact software requirements technologies and their practical applications for the assurance of evolving and adaptive mission-critical systems. These have led to significant improvements in capabilities of software systems, development practices, and products in the UK, Ireland, and the US.
As a distinguished leader in the field, he has been a major driving force in advancing a global focus on responsible software engineering. He also serves as Chief Scientist of Lero, The Irish Software Research Centre, comprising all of Ireland’s universities and many of its technology institutes.
